Clinic Policies

  • Because we reserve your specific appointment for you, last-minute cancellations are not showing up for your appointment affects other patients as well as leaving a hole in the schedule. Therefore, we have a universal policy for all patients that you must cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance in order to not be charged the mandatory $50 (treatment no show) $100 (consultation no show).

  • To ensure the highest level of personalized care, all patients are required to schedule recurring appointments with Doctor Lizardi at least every six months, with a preference for visits every three months.

    New patients must first meet with a medical doctor for a comprehensive review of their medical history and to obtain the necessary medical clearance to become established patients.

    Additionally, patients are strongly encouraged to undergo a complete blood workup once a year, followed by partial lab tests every 90 days to monitor and maintain their health effectively.

    If a patient is enrolled into a program or package, that patient must attend the three monthly follow up visit with the doctor to ensure compliance as well as have any answers to questions.

    Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned is subject to dismissal from the clinic without refund.
